Wednesday, November 20, 2024 – NJSBA Past President, Jeralyn Lawrence, Esq., argued the DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES VS. R.L. in the Appellate Division on November 20, 2024.
The New Jersey State Bar Association appeared as amicus to urge the Appellate Division to abolish the “Not Established” finding in child welfare cases.
