Bergen County Bar Association Removes Pronouns from Bylaws to Make Wording More Inclusive

On a NJ.com article, According to its president Jeralyn Lawrence, the New Jersey State Bar Association began amending its formal documents years ago.  “We have amended every document within our organization that we are capable of amending,” she said. “We have amended our bylaws, our policy manual, our employee manual.”
