Michelle brings experience from both the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and private litigation practice to her representation of clients. She approaches each matter with close attention to the individual circumstances involved, recognizing that no two families or cases are alike. Whether advocating in the courtroom, negotiating toward a resolution, or helping a client evaluate the options available to them, Michelle is committed to providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Before entering private practice, Michelle served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lance J. Kalik, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Her clerkship provided valuable insight into the judicial process and the wide range of issues that arise in family law matters. Working closely within the Family Division strengthened her understanding of court procedures, legal analysis, and the considerations that shape the resolution of disputes involving New Jersey families.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024. During law school, she served as a board member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, where she further developed her legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Her participation in moot court complemented her legal education and helped prepare her for the demands of litigation and client advocacy.
Prior to attending law school, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2019.
Michelle is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Her combination of judicial experience, litigation experience, and client-centered approach informs her commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity.
