Jeralyn Lawrence to Speak at Kean University

Jeralyn Lawrence, Founder and Managing Member of Lawrence Law, will speak at Kean University. This program, sponsored by the Kean University Foundation, will be a panel discussion to Kean students who are considering careers in law. Lawrence will join others esteemed panelists and Kean alumni, Veronica Montagna, Esq., Felice Vazquez, Esq., and Kathleen D. Wilkinson, Esq. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Jonathan Mercantini, Acting Dean of the Kean’s College of Liberal Arts. It is being held on October 24 at 3:15 p.m. in the Little Theater in the Miron Student Center.

Lawrence, a 1992 graduate of Kean, says, “I am honored to be invited to speak at my alma mater and am excited to be back on campus. Being a lawyer is both challenging and rewarding and I look forward to speaking with Kean students who want to know the ins and outs of the legal profession. I have been able to pursue my dreams in this field, in large part, because of what I learned at Kean.”

James M. Gurland, J.D., Chief Development Officer of the Kean University Foundation adds, “We are extraordinarily proud of our alumni, particularly those like Jeralyn and her counterparts on this distinguished panel. We hope that their journeys will inspire students at Kean to follow in their paths. More importantly, we are enormously appreciative of Jeralyn who gives of her time and resources to support the causes that mean the most to her. She is a shining example of giving back to her community, particularly here at Kean.”
