Lack of Judges is ‘destroying children and families’ Says NJ Bar Association

 

Jeralyn Lawrence was interviewed by Branda Flanagan of Update New Jersey.  “What we’re trying to convey here is, this is beyond crisis. This is catastrophic. Real people are being harmed here.” New Jersey State Bar Association President Jeralyn Lawrence pulled no punches, describing the state’s judicial vacuum as a historic lack of judges — on the Superior court, in particular — that’s so disastrous it’s delaying justice and harming litigants. Family court’s hit hardest, she says.
