Lawrence Law is Proud to Support Watchung Rescue Squad 29th Annual Tree of Lights

Lawrence Law is proud to support the Watchung Rescue Squad 29th Annual Tree of Lights Fundraiser. The 29th Annual Tree of Lights will once again light up the Village Green this holiday season as the Watchung Rescue Squad will illuminate the holiday tree followed by a spectacular fireworks show. The festivities will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019 starting at 5:30 PM.

“We are proud to support the Tree of Lights. Being a Watchung resident, my family and I look forward to participating in this great community tradition. We appreciate all of the work and heroics of our volunteer rescue squad,” said Jeralyn Lawrence, Founder and Managing Member of Lawrence Law.

For over 69 years the all-volunteer Watchung Rescue Squad has been serving the residents and visitors of the Borough of Watchung and surrounding communities in their time of need. We provide high quality, volunteer Emergency Medical Service, at no cost to the residents of Watchung. As a non-profit, volunteer organization, Watchung Rescue Squad relies on donations through fundraising efforts to help pay for medical supplies, training, and operating expenses.

A resident of Watchung, Lawrence devotes her practice to matrimonial, divorce and family law. She is Second Vice President of the New Jersey State Bar Association, slated to be President in 2022 and Vice President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Lawrence is on the Board of The Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She is a trained Family/Divorce Mediator, admitted to the rosters of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases and of Custody and Parenting Time Cases for Somerset County; is certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the preeminent family law association in America, as a Family Law Arbitrator; and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Lawrence is also a trained collaborative law attorney. She has worked with clients in every area of matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation and mediation, custody and parenting time, alimony and child support, separation and property settlement agreements, adoption and guardianship, domestic partnership matters, domestic violence and sexual abuse, and palimony. Lawrence handles high-profile matters for celebrities, professional athletes and governmental officials. She takes immense pride and care in helping her clients through these difficult personal matters. Lawrence earned her bachelor’s degree from Kean College and her law degree from Seton Hall, where she graduated second in her class.
